You Can Thrive

Transitions are an innate part of existence, from cradle to grave.

Life transitions can prompt feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, overwhelm, anger, imposter syndrome, and confusion. They can also erode feelings of worthiness and competence.

It does not have to be this way.

Our biggest challenges are often our greatest teachers. Navigating life transitions intentionally will foster Self-confidence and Self-empowerment as you move through life.

Let's look at what is and what is not working. I'm here to support you as you gain clarity on what is important to you, create a plan, and move forward in alignment with your goals.

You have the power to heal your wounds. We can work together using IFS and EMDR therapy to clear the blocks holding you back.

What is a Life Transition?

A  change from one way of being or moving through the world to another.

They can be expected or unexpected and planned or unplanned.

Our experience of a transition is influenced by our past and our worldview.

Change is the only constant in life.

Heraclitus

If change is happening, make the most of it. What if you took this as an opportunity to soar?

Other Areas Carie Works With

The evidenced based theoretical approaches Carie uses in the counseling setting, IFS, and EMDR, are excellent modalities for working with a wide range of symptoms with the end goal of personal empowerment and intentional living. Please see the modalities page to learn more about Carie's approach.
