IFS based Supervision
Carie's primary modality is IFS and she brings this orientation to supervision.
Carie is a Certified IFS Therapist and PA for IFS Institute trainings. She has facilitated groups and trainings for folx developing their own daily IFS practice as well as for clinicians who wish to align with a ND affirming approach to IFS.
Therapist Parts & Parts-of-the-Therapist are welcome in supervision. This is part of the path towards being a more Self-Led clinician.

Psychospiritual Lens
In addition to being a Certified IFS Therapist, Carie is a healing arts practitioner and teacher. Before she was a psychotherapist, she trained in, practiced, and taught energy and spiritual healing modalities. This work informs her practice and questions related to a psychospiritual approach are welcomed into supervision.
Private Practice & Business Experience
Carie has significant experience as a business owner and operator. Wise Self Counseling is Carie's fourth business.
Supervises are welcome to bring questions related to the business of private practice to supervision.
Past businesses include: healing arts practice (still in operation), custom made jewelry & design (early 90's), and a multinational technology & IT solutions firm (co-founder & COO, 8 years).

Carie is LGBTQIA2S+ & ND affirming. She strives to be anti-racist and culturally humble. She enjoys working with other clinicians who have similar values and practices.
Rates & Availability
- 2026 Rates will be based on a sliding scale: $100, $125, or $150 per clinical hour (50-minutes) and based on the Green Bottle Method
- Sessions will be offered virtually
